Fees:
Adult membership $120
Junior membership (under 18) $30
Family membership (two adults, & up to three children under 18 in same household) $250
How to Apply:
1. Download the current member application
2. Choose your desired membership type and enter all required information
Ensure you provide ways for us to contact you, if you want to join the league and if so, your playing level
3. Calculate your costs carefully. Membership level + League Fees (if selected)
Electronic Submission: As a current member you can choose to send your completed application electronically to membership@foresthilltennisclub.ca. Payment can then be made by e-mail transfer to membership@foresthilltennisclub.ca.
Paper Submissions: Mail your completed application along with a cheque.
